Description

A :Before Production

1.DWF material needs to be checked for thickness, tensile strength and integrity.

2. Ink fastness would be tested if any printing required.

B: After production

1. Shape of pool: Use a rule to check whether the shape of the pool is good or not.
2. 2, Printing: Check the printed pattern and logo’s position of each product If correct or not.
3. 3, Connecting pipe: Use a ruler to measure the height and distance of the connecting pipe to see if it can match the heater well.
4. Air tightness: the tub to be inflated to 8PSI and stays for 24hours, if PSI is below 7.8PSI, then regarded as failure. Above inspection steps are all full-inspection.
5. Pressurized water test: use the machine to simulate the effect of jumping into the tub to test whether the tub can be guaranteed when the tub suddenly receives extreme pressure. No water leakage, no air leakage, so the function can be used normally. This inspection is a random inspection
6. Carton drop test:choosing the well packaged product randomly, dropping each side,each corner from 1.8m place.After opening cold plunge tub should be airtight, not deformed, and watertight. All products will be re-manufactured if one test fails

 

 C:Spot-check before shipment:

1. Check whether the accessories in the package are complete.

Material

We use best 1.2mm DWF material, and the distance of the drop stitch density 1.5cm, that is more durable. From the below pic,you can see our material is thicker and more durable.
